New Equipment Graphtec Cutting Plotter

Acme Graphics are pleased to introduce you to our latest piece of kit, the Graphtec Cutting Plotter. Traditional Vinyl cutters are only able to cut one vinyl colour, however our new Graphtec cutter is able to cut complex and full coloured designs.

The technology ensures efficient and precise cutting by detecting registration marks. The registration marks are created initially on Illustrator, accurately aligning the position of the cutting line to the printed image

Acme Library of Posters for all set dressing needs

Acme Graphics have a massive library of poster artwork suitable for various settings and scenarios. We are often asked to supply posters that have generic artwork created by Acme,  all we ask is for production to provide cleared names. This enables the production  to get original artwork at a fraction of the price.

Acme Graphics have a stock library of posters, postcards, flyers and magazines to dress any set. It could literally be anything form a teenager's bedroom to a club.

Acme Graphics design Zlatan lbrahimovic’s Logo for Visa Campaign

It looks like we will be seeing a lot of Zlatan Ibrahimovic as the 2018 FIFA World Cup approaches, not on the pitch but as the global face of Visa’s marketing campaign for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

This week we saw the first glimpse of Visa’s global advertising campaign with a cheeky ad starring the Swedish striker and featuring a logo crest designed by Acme Graphics. Playing on his world famous ego, Acme created Zlatan his very own ‘royal’ crest.

Acme drew inspiration from traditional royal crests and his self proclaimed Lion nickname.

In the words of Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s ‘Don’t worry world, the lion cannot miss the hunt’.

The ‘royal’ crest design was one of many items that Acme were asked to create for the production, including digital painting, illustration and graphics for vehicle wrapping.

Acme Graphics ‘Stackin’ Books’ for McDonalds

The Mcdonald’s ‘Great Tastes of America’ menu is back and with the arrival of a new menu comes a new advert. This quirky advert set in a library and naturally featuring a basketball player used Acme Graphics to recreate vintage books.

We came up with book covers that are aged at the artwork stage – these are printed and wrapped around existing books. It is a cheap way to cover a large area of book shelving for a tricky location shoot.
